2.3 Registration Process

  • Your name, mobile number, and email address must be genuine.
  • If any account details need to be changed, you must notify the support team.
  • Attempting multiple registrations will result in all associated accounts being closed.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

egd33 may at any time request a National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued document to verify your identity. If documents are not provided within the specified timeframe, withdrawals may be suspended or the account may be restricted.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000 — total balance ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳32,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — total balance ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing bonus funds, a 25x wagering requirement must be completed. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = bonus winnings become withdrawable only after a total of ৳25,000 has been wagered.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

  • No more than one welcome bonus may be claimed from the same person, device, IP address, or payment method.
  • The wagering conditions for a bonus must be met within the specified time limit.
  • If bonus abuse is proven (Bonus Abuse, Arbitrage, or equivalent tactics), the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
  • egd33 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
  • In any dispute relating to bonuses, egd33's decision is final.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

egd33 offers betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20, ICC, etc.), football (FIFA), kabaddi, and other sports. The outcome of all bets depends on the official results of the relevant sporting body.

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except in special circumstances).
  • If a bet becomes void due to a technical error, it will be considered cancelled and the stake will be returned.
  • If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the betting rules of the specific sports section will apply.

6.2 Casino Games

The results of slots, live casino, and other games are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator), which ensures fair play. The individual rules of game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others) also apply.

6.3 Technical Issues

  • Carrying out harmful attacks on egd33's systems, servers, or network.
  • Harassing or behaving inappropriately towards other users.
  • Placing bets using third-party funds.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 egd33's Rights

egd33 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any clause of these terms.
  • False information found during the KYC verification process.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is identified.
  • Required to comply with instructions from a legal or regulatory authority.

8.2 User's Own Request for Closure

You may request to close your account at any time. Notify the support team by email or live chat. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance before the account is closed (subject to conditions).

8.3 Management of Funds

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, egd33 will attempt to return legitimate funds after verification. However, funds may be forfeited if fraud or money laundering is suspected.
